How to claim

• Let us know who the competitor is.
• Provide us with their quote based on your design(s).
• Provide us with a copy of the design file(s) that you supplied to the competitor.
• Once approved, we'll provide you with a discount code or an updated invoice based on our agreed price.

Terms and Conditions

1. Our price match is only valid for actively trading UK companies that are VAT registered in the UK* excluding auction websites and independent sellers. We will NOT price match against individual traders.
2. Final price match must include all additional costs, including but not limited to postage, tax, packaging and any additional labour.
3. Products being matched must be of identical design, quantity, finish and availability.
4. Prices should be publicly visible on the competitors store.
5. Negotiated prices will not be considered without proof of a quote on the competitors official stationery.
6. All price matches are at the discretion of The Enamel Pin Factory and can be withdrawn at any time and for any reason.
7. Matched prices cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
